Comic Strip Credits

Gene

Gene Mitchener, on whom this comic strip is based, was a motivational speaker and a professional sit-down comic. He went to school in Auburn, Indiana and became the “class clown” using comedy to put people at ease regarding his disability. Gene toured throughout the United States motivating people to reach their goals. He was featured in numerous television shows, newspaper and magazine articles, all with one purpose in mind, that we are all handicapped in one way or another so let’s learn to accept each other and get on with living life.

Bob and Margie

Bob and Margie Glover … well let’s just say that if it were not for them you probably wouldn’t be reading this great comic strip. They were the heads of the writing staff at Rolling Productions and took on the task of being Gene’s personal managers. Margie is now retired and living in Indiana. Bob has gone on to be with our real writer and manager, the Lord. We all miss Bob greatly.

Sean

Sean Gregg, a native of Pittsburgh and our staff cartoonist was a natural born artist. At the age of five he was drawing cartoons so well that his mother thought he was tracing. By the eighth grade, Sean had received a scholarship to the Carnegie institute of art in Pittsburgh. His formal education in cartooning was at the famed Hanna-Barbera Studios in Los Angeles. Sean now lives in upstate New York and is working as an established clothing designer.
